Guide1. Import an Adobe Premiere Pro Project File (.prproj) file in Adobe Premiere Pro
You can open the .prproj file easily. Go to File > "Open Project".
2. Export the SRT subtitle file from Adobe Premiere Pro
Open the sequence in Premiere Pro and go to File > Export > "Captions". Choose "SubRip Subtitle Format (.srt)" from the export window.
3. Done
